Getting startedHow long does it take to set up Stockaroo?
Connecting a channel is an OAuth login, so it takes about as long as signing into that marketplace. Stockaroo then pulls your listings and recent orders in the background; the time depends on how many listings you have.

No. Stockaroo pulls your existing listings and orders when you connect a channel.
IntegrationsWhich platforms do you support?
eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, WooCommerce and Shopify, plus Royal Mail and DPD. Amazon is merchant-fulfilled (FBM) only.
InventoryHow does inventory sync work?
When an item sells on any channel, Stockaroo writes the new quantity to every other connected channel carrying that SKU. eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce are checked every five minutes; Amazon, Etsy and TikTok Shop every ten.
InventoryCan I use different SKUs on different channels?
Yes. Link your own Stockaroo SKU to whatever each channel calls the product.
AmazonDoes Stockaroo support Amazon FBA?
No. Amazon FBA stock lives in Amazon’s warehouse and is deliberately kept outside the shared stock pool for your own shelf inventory.
PricingIs there a free trial?
There is no free trial. You can create an account, connect a channel and let Stockaroo assess your revenue so you can see the exact tier and price before subscribing. No card is needed for this.
PricingCan I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Access runs to the end of the billing period you have paid for.
SecurityIs my data secure?
API tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, tenant data is separated, connections use TLS and marketplace passwords are not stored.
ShippingWhat shipping services are supported?
Royal Mail and DPD. Stockaroo can generate labels, manifests and tracking from inside the app.
