What comes back
A shipment created at the carrier for each order, the labels merged into one PDF ready for the printer, and a picking slip listing what to pull from where.
Tracking write-back
Each order’s tracking number is returned to the marketplace it came from, so dispatch is recorded against the order without anyone retyping it.
If a label does not come back
The order is still created at the carrier and the pickwave says so, naming the order. You print that one from the carrier’s own portal rather than losing the whole batch.

Royal Mail
Connects with a Click & Drop API token. Shipments, labels, tracking and manifests all run from inside Stockaroo.
OBA accounts
Some Royal Mail features are reserved for Online Business Accounts. Stockaroo works out which kind you have from the calls it already makes during normal label generation, rather than issuing an extra billable probe.
DPD
Connects with your MyDPD username, password and account number. Ask your DPD account manager to enable API access if it is not already on.
Manifests
Royal MailEnd-of-day manifesting is a Royal Mail feature. The button in the app names the carrier for that reason, so it is never ambiguous which parcels it covers.
