SKU mapping
Your own SKU is the master. Where a channel insists on calling the product something else, the alias is linked to the same stock item once and then forgotten about.
Supplier stock
A supplier CSV upload updates the supplier figure and triggers a marketplace sync, so a restock reaches the listings without a manual edit per channel.
Back orders
When your own quantity hits zero but the supplier still has stock, the order becomes a back order rather than a failure, and is promoted first-in-first-out when stock lands.
Amazon FBA
ExcludedFBA stock sits in Amazon’s warehouse and is deliberately kept outside your shared pool, because it is not stock you can pick from your own shelf.
