- eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, WooCommerce and Shopify. Every one both sends and receives — a sale on any channel updates the other five.
- How the sale is found
- PolledeBay, Shopify and WooCommerce every five minutes; Amazon, Etsy and TikTok Shop every ten. The marketplaces do not notify us, so this is a poll and the window is minutes rather than instant.
- Amazon fulfilment
- FBM onlyMerchant-fulfilled orders only. FBA stock sits in Amazon’s warehouse and is deliberately excluded, so it can never decrement what is on your own shelf.
- Currency
- GBP onlyStock syncs regardless of currency, but revenue reporting counts GBP orders only. Non-GBP orders are excluded rather than converted — there is no FX layer yet.

Most sellers end up with a different code on every channel — a legacy listing here, a bulk-upload prefix there. Link each channel’s SKU to yours once and every future order matches back on its own.
One item, six listings, six different codes.
- Set once, per listing
- Open an item, type the code that channel uses, save. It is stored against that listing, not against your product, so two stores on the same channel can differ.
- Inbound matching
- An order line arrives carrying the channel’s own SKU. Stockaroo looks it up scoped to the store it came from and resolves it to your item, so the right thing is decremented.
- More than one listing per channel
- Supported. One item can carry several listings on the same store — a multipack and a single, for instance — and all of them track the same pool.

If your supplier has the item, a sale at zero becomes a back order rather than a cancellation. When the restock lands, the oldest waiting order is filled first.

- What triggers it
- Your own quantity reaches zero while the supplier stock figure behind that SKU is still above zero. Without supplier stock the order is not accepted as a back order.
- How the queue clears
- Oldest first. When a restock raises the quantity, waiting orders are promoted in the order they arrived until the new stock runs out.
- Where supplier stock comes from
- A CSV upload. Drop in your supplier’s availability file and it updates the figure behind each SKU, then triggers a sync so the channels see the change.
